I am "back"
I was again some times on server and see that you have Adrenaline, nothing again that, but.. 
Why medic have Adrenaline and the other classes not, 
I think it would be better if medic is without Adrenaline and the other classes have it due medic is already other powered..

We have it set so that Medics get the Adrenaline but can also administer it to other players.
As the server grows we may consider changing things to suit a larger population and we will see how things go
